| Details: | I contacted the owner's son, Balmeet Singh, to discuss the water sampling requirements for the retail food establishment. The public water system did not collect a Nitrate sample in the first quarter of 2021 and did not collect a monthly coliform sample for March. I provided Mr. Singh with an updated of sampling monthly for routine coliform and quarterly for Nitrate from April 2021 to April 2022. Additionally, I contacted Grants Pass Water Lab and spoke to Jessica regarding the water system. She said she was willing to relay the sampling schedule to the water system to help ensure compliance. I will follow-up with the water system the last week of April to see if the sampling was conducted. |
