| Details: | I spoke with Meva's son about the overdue nitrate monitoring at this water system. I explained the requirement for quarterly monitoring due to results over 5 mg/L and that formal enforcement will be necessary if a sample isn't reported before the end of the month. He said he would collect a sample today and confirmed that it could be analyzed at the same laboratory where bacterial samples are taken. I stated he will hear from me again, near the end of the month if DWS doesn't receive a sample report so a compliance agreement can be executed but expressed hope that an agreement isn't necessary for a case like this. | ||
