| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Pat notified OHA-DWS today that a routine sample collected Monday 12/7/15 from 1286 Dearborn came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected today, as well as triggered raw source samples from the 5 wells in operation at the time (Delta, Reitz, Carlhaven West, Willamette, and Keizer Station). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples (available Wednesday 12/9/15) and respond accordingly. | ||
