Details:	SUMMARY: Upcoming response deadlines for Admin Order and Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: Corinne returned call alerting her to Dec 31 deadline for completing the corrective actions they submitted for Admin Order, and also the Dec 15 deadline for responding re: survey significant deficiencies. Discussed - basically, tell us what they did complete, and give us an update (corrective action plan) on whatever they did not because they were still figuring out what is best to do, along with the reasoning, next actions, and completion dates. (The plan they submitted last June in response to the AO still had a lot of "possible" corrective actions depending on results of previous actions.) I followed up with email of what she needed to address for each document (AO and survey report). Forwarded her several emails sent to Jim Lea in October about their DRC contract and list of certified operators in nearby counties with membrane trmt experience. Also corresponded with their monitoring person Lynne Leisy the next day about 90-day reposting of public notice. Lynne had sampled for DBPs a month early in the 3rd quarter, so this next public notice with new results will be more than 90 days later. Since the 90-day PN compliance timeline was in the AO, they may want to mention this one-time discrepancy in their updated response letter. ACTION NEEDED: None, unless Corinne has more questions about her update to their AO corrective action letter.
