Details:	SUMMARY: High turbidity source water DETAILS: On 12-9-15 I e-mailed contact info for OAWU (Emergency number at 503-580-4445), ORWARN (Chris Wanner at 503-823-4050 among others), HBH (Rob Henry at 503-554-9553), City of Sheridan (Ken Hamilton at 503-843-2176), Oregon Emergency Response (1-800-452-0311) and the Public Health Duty Officer (971-246-1789) in case Justin wanted to try and reach out for assistance over night. On 12-10-15 at 7:40 AM Justin provided an update that they had been able to treat water within standards since 12:00 AM and requested I contact his boss, Jeff Brown, at 503-437-6998 to discuss options for hauling water. I called and spoke to Jeff and sent him the water hauling guidelines on-line at: http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/DrinkingWater/Operations/Documents/haulguide.pdf. ACTION NEEDED: Keep DWS apprised of any plans to begin hauling water.
