Details: SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform alert follow up DETAILS: One of three repeats positive. (triggered source sample absent). Spoke with Gene and they flushed the system Monday and will take two special samples in distribution today to see if solved problem. Gene will email me copy of PN. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute PN within 30 days and get copy to me. Ok to lift PN one verification samples show absent. Take 5 temp routines in January.
