Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to boil water notice - main line break DETAILS: Scott updated me on Phil White (operators) summary received via email on 1/18. Culvert repair led to a break in the main line from plant to system on 1/16, creating a loss in positive pressure in distribution system. Entire system was placed on a boil water notice, hand delivered to all on Sunday 1/17, with a copy to DWS. Break in main line has been repaired, system flushed, and chlorinated, with a 2.0 mg/L residual at the far end of the system. Coliform samples collected today (1/20). ACTION NEEDED: System to consult with DWS upon receipt of coliform bacteria sample results to discuss lifting the boil water notice. 1/21/16 Update. Phil White notified me that all 3 coliform samples were absent, boil water notice lifted today.
