| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Pat notified OHA-DWS today that a routine sample collected Monday 3/14/16 from 408 Garland came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). This is the same sample site that was positive a few weeks ago. Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected tomorrow as well as triggered raw source samples from the 7 wells in operation at the time (Delta, Carlhaven West, Carlhaven East, Willamette, Keizer Station, Cherry, and 17th Ave.). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive, but did mention that they were also flushing lines up the road one street over for a pipeline replacement project. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples (available Thursday 3/17/16) and respond accordingly. UPDATE 3/17/16: Brandon Buckheit from Keizer notified the department that all repeats and triggered source samples came back absent for coliform and E. coli. No further action is required at this time. | ||
