| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Over 1/2MCL DETAILS: I spoke with Kim Baglien at Stahlbush Island Farms via the telephone, and discussed the results for the nitrate test results taken on 1/13/2016. I explained that the detected level of 7.85mg/l was above 1/2 the MCL, which requires the firm to begin quarterly nitrate testing until the level returns to below 1/2 the MCL. She agreed to conduct the required monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly nitrate sampling until test result returns to less than 1/2 the MCL. | ||
