| Details: | SUMMARY: Called Louis to Follow-up on Amended (3-9-16) Source Evaluation (orig. 9-9-15) by Shawn Stephenson. I also Followed up on this with a Letter to Mr. Calvert DETAILS: According to Shawn, Louis thinks the sample tap may be picking up contamination from the reservoir due to its placement being post-reservoir. Louis will move the sample tap to the incoming side of the reservoir and do another year of source sampling. Louis advised Shawn that he may replace the concrete reservoir with a poly tank. ACTION NEEDED: Move tap, conduct monthly source assessment at said tap for one year, continue with 4-log disinfection and monthly log submission. If installing a new reservoir - the project must be plan reviewed by Rebecca Templin prior to installation. | ||
