Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-up - CAP Submission DETAILS: We received a corrective action plan (via e-mail) from the operator (following the 4/25/16 WSS). The CAP said:“…Parkdale Water Company currently plans to have testing done for the Microscopic Particulate Analysis (MPA) sometime in October 2016. For the TTHMs and HAAds sampling, we will have the test done on June 3, 2016.As for the other deficiencies listed, we are planning to look into talking with the Zero-cost assistance Circuit Rider Program to assist with the engineering process and foreseeing if there are funds available to assist with the cost…”We responded via e-mail, and said:“…The (attached) corrective-action-plan you submitted is not detailed enough for me to approve it because you did not provide us with a date by which you will have a plan in place to resolve the sanitary seal at the spring. You have only told us that you plan to contact the Circuit Rider program (but not when). We need more detail before we can provide you with an extension.Ideally, an actual plan needs to be created within 30 days. I am disappointed that you have not yet reached out for technical assistance within the last 30 days.See attached Water System Survey report (WSS) for additional details. Please respond to this message by Monday, June 6th, 2016…” ACTION NEEDED: The operator shall contact our office with additional details for their corrective action plan by 6/6/16.
