| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-Up - Assigned Corrective Action Schedule DETAILS: We received a proposed corrective action plan (via e-mail) from the operator on 6/3/16 (following the 4/25/16 WSS). We did not approve the proposed corrective action plan. We asked the operator to contact us with another proposal by 6/6/16. We did not receive a response from the operator. On 6/7/16, we sent the following e-mail to the operator:"...As per my e-mail below, Parkdale Water Company has failed to provide an adequate corrective action plan to our office regarding a resolution of the sanitary seal at your spring within 30 days. Since no approvable corrective action schedule has been proposed by Parkdale Water Company, Hood River County Health Department must fall-back to the minimum corrective action schedule listed under rule... Thus, ‘Parkdale Water Company Inc’ public water system correct all deficiencies and violations listed on the water system survey report by September 9th, 2016 (see attached). If formal engineering plan review is required to achieve compliance, plans must be submitted to the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Service program with adequate time for review and for construction to occur prior to 9/9/16..."
