Details:	SUMMARY: Water outages-- public notice DETAILS: Jim reported a complete water outage again last night. This problem with lack of water started around the beginning of June, and the amount of treated water going out has led Jim to suspect a big leak somewhere. He will be doing some isolation exercises this weekend to try to pin point the problem in the distribution. Given this complete outage and the other significant issues this system has been facing, I contacted Adam DeSemple to see what assistance may be available. This may lead to a "one-stop" meeting with IFA, RCAC, USDA, etc. I sent the loss of pressure Boil Water notice template to Lynne Leisy today. Earlier this week, I also reminded Corinne and Lynne that Weiss Estates needs to find a new DRC (Tim Holmess resignation date is two weeks off). Likewise, they will need to send me a written request proposing a new date for completing the Operator Protocols significant deficiency - till they have a new DRC who can sign it. ACTION NEEDED: Receive copy of Boil Notice. Assist in communications with Adam DeSemple and the state and federal agencies who may be able to provide resources toward resolving the ongoing troubles with system operation and regulatory compliance at Weiss Estates.
