| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Routine Sample Taken 5-9-16 DETAILS: I received an alert on 5-10-16 for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 5-9-16 at 1705 Libra Street. I left a message for Dan Wilson who returned my call at 4 pm on 5-10-16 to say that they had taken 3 repeat samples to the lab at about noon on 5-10-16. All three repeat samples taken 5-10-16 were absent of coliform bacteria. System has 4-log viral disinfection, therefore no triggered source samples are needed. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
