| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Notice activated DETAILS: System had an E. coli positive routine sample on 7/6/16. Repeat samples were submitted on 7/11/16. The three distribution repeat samples were total coliform positive. The triggered well source sample was absent for bacteria. There was free chlorine residual noted from .18-.34. Calls were made to Shawn and to the mayor. They will be going door-to-door with the notices. System will boost their chlorine levels and flush. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute boil water notices and submit a copy to DWS. Boost chorine levels and flush the system. Additional coliform samples are to be collected and be absent of coliform before the boil notice can be lifted. | ||
