| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: Pat notified OHA-DWS today that a routine sample collected Monday 7/18/16 from 800 Pinehurst came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected tomorrow as well as triggered raw source samples from the 9 wells in operation at the time (Delta, Carlhaven West, Carlhaven East, Keizer Station, Cherry,17th Ave, City Hall, Reitz, & McNary). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples (available Thursday 7/21/16) and respond accordingly. Note: system is aware that no more than 5.0% of monthly samples (consisting of both routines and repeats) can be total coliform positive. There have been 3 positives this month which means a total of at least 60 samples for the month (routines & repeats) must be absent to avoid triggering a Level 1 coliform investigation. | ||
