| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead Exceedance DETAILS: Called Louis on 7/25 and left a message regarding the lead exceedance letter he should have received. Asked him to call me back (but not on 7/27). He called me back on 7/27 (as indicated - I was not available). Louis said he had not received a lead letter. 7/28 - I called him again and had to leave another message - please check on letter, review it and call me for further instructions on WQP testing and additional actions needed.Side note - also need to discuss the 12 month assessment sampling to start on source, once the sample tap has been relocated. ACTION NEEDED: Contact me. | ||
