| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Two of four repeats tc+ following positive routine 8/19. Triggered well sample absent (only the school well is currently operating). Discussed with Dale and he will fill out level 1 investigation as well as chlorinate reservoir to about 2ppm. He will take routine sample(s) in early September as verfication samples. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out and submit completed level 1 investigation form and take routine sample early in September. | ||
