| Details: | SUMMARY: Copper Exceedance at One Location DETAILS: Phil called me the day before the alert come out. I discussed with him about the sink the water sample was taken to make sure the water was representative of normal use-- was taken from the cold faucet. Phil said he would check with the home owner to make sure the sample was representative of normal water use. Since the alert came out I instructed him to determine the sample criteria was met and if it was to have the faucet or plumbing replacement performed on that location to make it meet the action level. Phil said they will look into the issue and get it remedied. ACTION NEEDED: Find cause of action level exceedance for that one location, provide plumbing replacement for that location if necessary. | ||
