| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-Up - Post 18 Week Deadline DETAILS: Parkdale Water Company (PWS) missed the 18 week deadline following the 4/25/16 WSS. The deadline was 9/9/16.We sent a pre-enforcement letter to the operator as per DWS policy. The letter stated that the operator must post a tier 2 public notice within 10 days and respond to the letter within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Parkdale Water Company (PWS) shall post a tier 2 public notice within 10 days and respond to the letter within 30 days.A copy of the letter (dated 9/13/16) may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department. | ||
