| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS - Deficiency Follow-up, Request for Extension DETAILS: On 11/2/16, Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office received a letter from Parkdale Water Co. (dated 11/2/16) requesting an extension to the 11/6/16 deadline to repair the spring box. Communication between the county and Mr. Hirata followed. ACTION NEEDED: Resolve the significant deficiency at the spring box by 11/10/16. Submit effective evidence that the work is complete by 11/14/16.Collect weekly total coliform samples beginning 11/7/16, and every Monday thereafter, until significant deficiency at the spring box is resolved. | ||
