| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS - Deficiency Follow-up - Work Completed, Letter Sent DETAILS: We received a letter from Parkdale WC on 11/11/16. The letter detailed corrections made to the spring box. The outstanding significant deficiency cited during the 4/25/16 WSS appears to have been resolved.There remain some other outstanding rule violations. They include MPA and DBP testing.We sent a letter detailing these facts to the operator today (11/15/16). A copy of this letter may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct the second MPA test before 4/30/17 (during a high rain fall and/or snow melt event).Submit MPA the test results directly to Russ Kazmierczak, R.G., OHA, DWS program within ten days of receiving the results.Identify proposed DBP test locations and submit them to HRC HD, EH for formal review by 5/31/17.Conduct DBP tests and submit the results during June, 2017. | ||
