| Details: | SUMMARY: AS Sample was Positive for E.coli DETAILS: Write up is after the fact. Confirmation samples for SRC-AA confirmed E. coli at the source. ACTION NEEDED: The system is to continue 4-log disinfection as already in place. DWS and myself scheduled to visit site on 11/16/2016 for advisement on system.Follow up 11/16/2016: Operator was advised that the spring is going to continue to be problematic due to construction, possible fecal contaminants from neighboring property. Advised to consider long-term solution. IE alternate source. Discussed having a well drilled. Offered that operator could get advisement from Circuit Rider on options (write-up as to the need for obtaining monies from state revolving loan fund). Shawn Stevenson will send Louis the information on these options. I am going to verify that assessment montioring need not be continued. | ||
