| Details: | I contacted the Dollar General Corporate Office on 05/07/2021 and left a message regarding the recent coliform testing results. I was contacted by David Dennis with Rogue Valley Pump Service, contractor for water testing, on 05/10/2021 and we discussed the recent routine and repeat positive coliform water samples. I informed Mr. Dennis that the system would now be on monthly coliform monitoring and a Level 2 coliform investigation would be conducted by me within the week. I discussed sampling procedures with Mr. Dennis over the phone and it did sound like samples are being collected correctly. Additionally, I informed Mr. Dennis that the 3 temporary routine samples for the month of May will not need to be collected, but a single routine sample would need to be collected for the month of May. | ||
