| Details: | I did a Level 2 Coliform Investigation and did note the possible problem that has resulted in positive coliform samples. The restroom handwashing sinks have an aerator screen in place that cannot be removed during water sampling. I discussed this issue with the store manager, Kelly Swann. I advised Rogue Valley Pump, David, to not sample from these locations or replace the fixture with one that has a removable aerator screen. If the sampling locations are changed to other locations in the store, I relayed to Kelly and David that the Coliform Sampling Plan would need to updated to reflect these new sampling locations. | ||
