| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 8/24/2016 Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: August 26, 2016 Becky Picton, Edge Analytical, emailed:The water sample for The Inn at Otter Crest was positive for coliform (NOT E coli). I talked to Lee and he will try to get the 3 repeats collected and over to us today. If something happens to prevent that, he will get them here Monday. He said he used a faucet that hadnt been sampled before and its in a busy kitchen-- he did not take the aerator off, nor did he clean the end of the faucet, so Im guessing it was just a faucet issue. But I told him to collect a sample at the holding tank as one of the three.8/26/2016 I checked with Lee and he seemed to understand 3 repeats and planned to get them to the lab today on ice. ACTION NEEDED: Repeats were negative. No need to do anything further. | ||
