| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3-27-14 DETAILS: Called & left a message for the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a source at the well & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution system next month. The chlorine residual was low so he should check on the chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
