Details: Sent a letter to Pinewood detailing that the system has taken 4 quarters of tests for toluene that have come back negative. Thus, we can adjust the toluene monitoring for 1 sample annually. This can be performed for 3 years straight with no detects (including the non detect in 2021), then we can adjust the monitoring period to 1 every 3 years.
