| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation, DBP - Email Sent DETAILS: "...John, This e-mail is being sent to you because the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services program formally validated the 2016 DBP violation for ‘Parkdale Water Company Inc’ public water system. It is likely that ‘Parkdale Water Company Inc’ public water system will receive a written notification of the violation.As you are aware, ‘Parkdale Water Company Inc’ public water system collected their DBP samples from the wrong location on 6/5/16-- this is the cause of the ‘violation’. Since samples must be collected in ‘June’, in order to return to compliance, ‘Parkdale Water Company Inc’ public water system was directed to collect another DBP water test sample during June, 2017.As well, Hood River County Health Department requested that proposed sample sites be submitted to the Environmental Health office by May 31st, 2017, for formal approval.
