| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform in Routine Sample Taken 1/25/2017 DETAILS: Talked to Lisa regarding repeat samples dated 2/8/2017 all positive for total coliform. A second Level 1 Investigation is triggered-- a form was sent. Lisa is disinfecting the well. ACTION NEEDED: Two Level 1 Investigations were triggered almost simultaneously, once for late repeat samples-- once for total coliform positive repeat samples. Only 1 Level 1 Investigation is actually required stating that the corrective action is to chlorinate the well. Subsequently a Level 2 Investigation by the County is triggered. | ||
