| Details: | SUMMARY: City Lacking Certified Operator DETAILS: The City terminated its contract with their contract operator (Mike Bollweg), and present staff is not certified at the required level. City hopes to have contract signed with a new contract operator (Sean Negherbon) within a few days. I spoke with the Mayor and interim City Administrator about the need to get this done ASAP. I sent them a letter along with the DRC form. I have also spoken with Sean and reviewed water system operations. ACTION NEEDED: Await finalization of contract. Visit City periodically to check on operations. | ||
