| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Nitrate, Follow-up Sample to Verify Results Needed DETAILS: This system is on quarterly nitrate samples due to some high results of late. The March sample results of 10.6 ppm were over the MCL and I have asked the operator to take a confirmation sample to verify that the trend is stable. Operator will contact NCPHD when next result has been determined. ACTION NEEDED: Pull confirmation sample. | ||
