Details: SUMMARY: Called the City of Paisley to inform the system that they exceeded the arsenic MCL for the 3rd QTR DETAILS: The contact for the City of Paisley, Melissa Walton, was called on March 22, 2017, regarding the water quality alert for exceeding the MCL for arsenic. Mrs. Walton did not answer so a message was left regarding the exceedance and a request for an update on how the City was going to lower the arsenic concentration below the MCL since the new arsenic system did not appear to be working as designed. As part of the message, a suggestion was left to contact the circuit rider for assistance on operating the arsenic treatment system. ACTION NEEDED: The City of Paisley needs to inform Drinking Water Services on how they are planning to lower the arsenic concentration below the MCL.
