| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: All 3 distribution repeats positive following 4/10 routine tc+. The triggered well sample was absent. Spoke to Gene and he thinks the problem must be in the reservoir, but cannot identify anything obvious. He checked inside, hatch, vent, overflow etc. Gene will complete and sumbit level 1 investigation form along with planned corrective action. ACTION NEEDED: Submit level 1 investigation. | ||
