Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Operator sent pictures of the repaired drain/overflow for the the upper 100K reservoir. The drain/overflow pipe now has a flapper valve. ACTION NEEDED: This resolves all significant deficiencies from the 12-21-16 survey.
