| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement Follow Up DETAILS: I contacted the operator to remind him to take Lead & Copper samples. I let him know that the system is past due. He indicated that the lead & copper samples were taken yesterday. He asked if the lab should just send the results to the State & I let him know that will be fine. System tested backflow device tested & repaired back on 2-26-15. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
