| Details: | I called and then followed up with an email to Jane regarding the recent complaints I have received regarding the water systems iron and manganese content. I informed her that although these elements are not regulated or a part of their required sampling, there is a health advisory regarding manganese and the emerging information on the potential neurological effects it could have on infants. She was open and willing to request an additional one time iron and manganese sample from the owners of the park, and will be following up with them. The homeowners have had additional filtration installed on the water lines underneath their homes, we both are unsure why this filtration is not effective in helping the smell/taste/and rust coloration of the water. I will circle back around with Jane as their water system survey should be coming up this year. |
