| Details: | SUMMARY: Public Notice (Turbidity) Required DETAILS: SWTR report for April 2017 showed 4 out of 71 turbidity readings (5.6%) to be above 0.3 NTU and highest reading to be 1.93. Discussed situation with contract operator, there have been staff changes and some operational problems at the WTP, seems to be mostly resolved now. ACTION NEEDED: Provided public notice template to operator, asked him to complete the form and send me a copy. Reminded that notice is due by 7/5/17. | ||
