| Details: | SUMMARY: storm damage to water system controls DETAILS: A damaging storm came through the area on Monday, June 26, 2017. The electrical components of the water system were taken out. The city was running both the infiltration gallery and well #3. Well #2 was being tvd at the time of the electrical storm. Reservoir stayed plenty full and there was never any water pressure loss in the distribution. He did go and did a hand dosing of the chlorine contact chamber to make sure there was enough chlorine. All chlorine levels were maintained in the system. The repairs to the SCADA system are in process. The system has been diligently working on getting the system back up fully operational. ACTION NEEDED: keep DWS informed if any additional operational issues come up | ||
