| Details: | 6/14/21: System reached out to DWS Staff about usage of a wastewater on-site chlorine generator for drinking water disinfection in response to the possible future chlorine supply shortage. System contact was advised to collect generator model information and determine if the generator was NSF 60/61 approved. 6/23/21: Requested and received documentation stating that the ClorTec MCT 36 system is NSF 61 certified from DE NORA. At this time system has about 200 gallons of 12.5 %sodium hypochlorite which at the current usage would last 50 days. |
