| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC Alert DETAILS: The Voths called to report the repeat total coliform detection. They are going to shock chlorinate and flush the well and distribution system. They will follow up with 3 temporary routine samples. I sent them a copy of the L1 investigation form just so they could use the checklist as a guide for follow up. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on temp routine samples for July. | ||
