Details: Background/Problem Identification:

Pete Farrelly with OHA requested that the circuit rider reach out to provide assistance to help Dave Burch of Midland with several problems that have been plaguing the water system. Midland needs help with the water system in many aspects since the passing of their longtime water system operator.

Assistance Provided:

The circuit rider reached out via phone and emails to Midland on several occasions in an attempt to schedule a site visit with Dave. Unfortunately, the circuit rider was unable to receive a response from Dave.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:

  • The circuit rider will continue to attempt to contact the system to schedule a site visit.
