| Details: | SUMMARY: L1 triggered after repeat coliform samples were + DETAILS: System had an initial total coliform positive routine sample on 8/21/17 and positive repeat samples on 8/28. This triggered a Level 1 investigation. The investigation form was submitted to DWS on 9/28/17. On an operations note: the system batch chlorinated the system on 9/3/17. There were 3 repeat samples taken on 9/11 and 3 routine samples collected on 9/25 and all were absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time | ||
