| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Water Samples Taken 9/11/2017 Positive for Total Coliform (TCR) DETAILS: Conducted Level 2 investigation on 10/3/2017. Results were sent to State Drinking Water Program on 10/6/2017. Met with Aaron Olsen and conducted an onsite evaluation of current system on possible sources for the total coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Continued follow up with Aaron on next steps if merited.Corrective Actions:1. Clean the tank2. Repair damaged screen3. Possible shock chlorination4.
