| Details: | SUMMARY: E.coli Positive DETAILS: Mr. Lindsay was contacted by phone to notify him about the E.coli positive source result from the sample collected at the New Dug Cistern Well #3 (SRC-AC). Based on this initial detection indicating fecal contamination, Mr. Lindsay was told he is required to collect five additional confirmation source samples within 24 hours. Mr. Lindsay stated he would collect the samples tomorrow morning, but because the lab courier service is not working tomorrow, he will personally have to transport the samples to the lab in Coos Bay. ACTION NEEDED: Collect five additional confirmation source samples at the New Dug Cistern Well #3 by 10/26/2017. | ||
