| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey DETAILS: I spoke over the phone with Mr. Conrad Coffey, who works for Mr. Wagner providing admin. support and other operational function at Elk River Campground. During our conversation, Mr. Coffey informed me that the water system survey and cover letter was mismanaged and they can’t find it. They requested a copy of the letter to address the deficiencies found during the survey.A copy of the survey was emailed to Elk River Campground. Mr. Coffey verbally acknowledged receipt of the email. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Wagner will try and correct the significant deficiencies by November 22nd. However, if needed, Mr. Wager will return my call to discuss a corrective action plan and a time frame to correct all significant deficiencies. | ||
