| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Actions to Address Significant Deficiencies on Track DETAILS: Mr. Wagner informed me over the phone that the vent atop of the well casing was installed-- the parachute chord that extends through the top of the well casing was removed and he purchased a DPD type test kit. The NSF 60/61chlorine product for disinfection will arrive on November 22nd, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: The water system operator will document all corrective actions on the Sanitary Survey Deficiency summary page. A copy of the form will be scanned and emailed to me by Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017. I also advised Mr. Wagner to collect a routine sample for this quarter and a source sample for 2017. | ||
