| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Repeat samples were all coliform positive. Bill will conduct a level I investigation within 30 days and return the finding to the County. The operator was trying to lower the chlorine residual in the distribution system and he believes the residual fell to an undetectable level and is the reason why all of the repeat samples came back positive. ACTION NEEDED: Level I investigation and return to routine monitoring. | ||
