| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up for Deficiencies Noted During 7/28/17 Survey DETAILS: Items noted during survey were inadequate gaskets on the reservoir hatch lids and the vent for the reservoirs were at ground level and subject to contamination. Pam sent me a statement and pictures of the corrections. New vents have been installed and gaskets for the hatch lids. ACTION NEEDED: These items are considered corrected. | ||
