| Details: | Pat notified OHA-DWS today that a routine sample collected Monday 4/9/18 from 5348 Queens Ave NE came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected today, as well as triggered raw source samples from the 5 wells in operation at the time (Delta, Reitz, Carlhaven West, Keizer Station, Willamette). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. Will wait for results of repeat samples and respond accordingly. UPDATE 4/13/18 Pat notified that department that all repeats and triggered samples were absent. No further action required. | ||
